Terms of Service

1. The Service

HrCleo-M is an AI-assisted marketing content platform: it helps you plan campaigns, draft social media posts and emails, and publish them to connected channels after your approval. Nothing is published on your behalf without an explicit approval step by a human user on your account.

2. Accounts and tenants

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your tenant. You must not share login credentials or use another tenant's data. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance in Singapore dollars via Stripe on a recurring basis. Plan tiers, quotas (such as monthly post and video limits) and features are described on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Promotional codes are subject to their stated validity window and redemption limits and may be withdrawn for misuse.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the brand assets, contact lists and other materials you upload, and of the content you approve and publish. You grant us a licence to process this material solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload contact data and that your published content complies with the rules of each destination platform and with applicable law, including advertising and consumer-protection rules.

You must not use the Service to send spam, to message people who have not consented where consent is required, or to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content.

5. AI-generated content

Drafts are generated with AI assistance and may contain errors. You review and approve all content before it is sent or published, and you are responsible for the final published content. See our AI Disclosure page for details of how AI involvement is labelled.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GemXcal Holdings Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
