AI Disclosure

Last updated: 12 July 2026

HrCleo Marketing uses artificial intelligence to help create marketing content. This page explains exactly where AI is involved, what stays human, and how published content is labelled.

1. Where AI is used

AI drafts content: social media posts, email copy, campaign plans and content calendars are generated from the brand pack and brief you provide.

AI never publishes on its own. Every post, email and message requires explicit approval by a human user on your account before it is sent or published. Nothing leaves the Service without that approval.

2. How AI content is labelled

Content published through HrCleo-M carries an AI-assistance disclosure appropriate to the destination platform, in the language of the content (English and 中文). Where a platform provides a native AI-content flag, we use it; otherwise the disclosure is included in the post itself.

This practice is aligned with the transparency requirements of the EU AI Act (Article 50), which applies to AI-generated content from 2 August 2026, and with platform policies on synthetic content.

3. Records we keep

We keep a log of AI-assisted content published through the Service — what was generated, what was approved, by whom, and when — retained for 12 months. This gives you an audit trail for every published item.

4. Accuracy and responsibility

AI drafts can contain errors or outdated information. The approval step exists so a human verifies every claim before it is published. The account owner remains responsible for published content, as set out in our Terms of Service.
